We wear face makes and gloves during each of our visits. Ensuring our equipment is cleaned, disinfectant before entering the home/business or cottage.

To cancel a scheduled cleaning, Krystle’s Innovative Solutions (K.I.S.) requires at least 72 hours’ notice, giving us time to fill the spot with another client.

• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged.
• For same-day cancellations, rescheduling, lockouts, or if we can’t access your home within 30 minutes of arrival, we will charge $100 or 50% of the total estimated service cost, whichever is greater.

Krystle's Innovative Solutions accepts various payment methods, including cash, debit/credit cards, e-transfers, e-gift certificates, and other online payments for your convenience.

• To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service or after receiving the final invoice.
• We follow a "No Payment, No Clean" policy, meaning services will not be provided if payment isn’t made on time.
• If the balance isn’t paid at the time of service completion, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice will apply.

 We ensure that all team members are fully trained and thoroughly screened before they begin working for you. We are committed to following all labor and civil laws, paying our employees fairly, and maintaining efficient discipline during service.

• For privacy, we kindly ask clients to give our cleaners space to work efficiently. If possible, please avoid staying in the area being cleaned.
• If you have specific concerns or special requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

• We guarantee efficient and professional cleaning services, but we are not responsible for any service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters (fires, floods, earthquakes, etc.).

We do our best to arrive promptly within our specified operating hours. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, road closures, or delays at a previous client’s location may sometimes affect our arrival time.

• For midday service appointments, we provide a 1-2-hour arrival window to account for any potential delays.
• If a client requests additional services during their appointment, it may impact the arrival time for subsequent clients, but we will always do our best to manage these efficiently.

 If you won’t be home during your scheduled cleaning, please deactivate your security alarm or provide our cleaning crew with the necessary access code before the visit. If we are unable to enter your home within 30 minutes of arrival, or if we are turned away, 50% of the service fee will be charged.

 We take great care to avoid any damage during cleaning. If something is accidentally damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of your service, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue. We may request photos or supporting documentation to assess the damage. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we are committed to correcting any mistakes made during the service.

Yes, we may use bleach as a cleaning agent in certain situations, but we take great care to handle it safely and avoid damage to sensitive surfaces. We ensure proper ventilation and take all necessary precautions to protect both our staff and clients when bleach is used.
