What is your cancellation policy?

At Krystle’s Innovative Solutions (K.I.S.), we are committed to providing exceptional full-service property management, co-hosting, and cleaning services while protecting the interests of our clients and our business. Please review our cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice: To cancel a scheduled service—whether it’s cleaning, co-hosting, or property management—we require at least 72 hours’ notice. This allows us to fill the appointment slot with another client.

Late Cancellations:

If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.

For same-day cancellations, rescheduling, lockouts, or if we cannot access your property within 30 minutes of arrival, a fee of $100 or 50% of the total estimated service cost (whichever is greater) will apply.

Exceptions: We understand that emergencies can arise. Please contact us directly to discuss any extenuating circumstances, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

By booking our full-service offerings, you agree to this cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

What is your payment policy?

Krystle's Innovative Solutions accepts various payment methods, including cash, debit/credit cards, e-transfers, e-gift certificates, and other online payments for your convenience.

To secure your booking, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation. The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the service or after receiving the final invoice.
We follow a "No Payment, No Clean, No service“ policy, meaning services will not be provided if payment isn’t made on time.
If the balance isn’t paid at the time of service completion, a late fee of 5% of the total invoice will apply.

How do you handle privacy and protect my information?

At Krystle’s Innovative Solutions, we take your privacy and information security very seriously. All team members undergo comprehensive training and thorough background screening before engaging with clients. We adhere strictly to all labor and civil laws, ensuring fair compensation for our employees and maintaining high standards of professionalism and discipline throughout our services. Your trust is our priority, and we are dedicated to safeguarding your information at all times.

For privacy, we kindly ask clients to give our cleaners space to work efficiently. If possible, please avoid staying in the area being cleaned.
If you have specific concerns or special requests, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate them.

What are the terms of service for your cleaning services?

Krystle's Innovative Solutions is a registered and reputable property management company based in Muskoka, Canada, fully compliant with all legal requirements to provide comprehensive cleaning services, co-hosting, and property management solutions.

We are dedicated to delivering efficient and professional services to enhance the value of your property. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters (e.g., fires, floods, earthquakes).

What are your arrival times and procedures?

At Krystle's Innovative Solutions, we are committed to arriving promptly within our specified operating hours. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, road closures, or delays at a previous client’s location may occasionally affect our arrival time.

For midday service appointments, we provide a 1-2 hour arrival window to accommodate any potential delays. Please be aware that if additional services are requested during your appointment, this may impact the arrival time for subsequent clients. We will make every effort to manage this efficiently, but we expect our clients to respect our scheduling protocols.

How do you handle keys and alarm codes?

To ensure a smooth and efficient service experience, it is your responsibility to deactivate any security alarms or provide our cleaning crew with the necessary access codes prior to the scheduled cleaning. If we are unable to access your home within 30 minutes of arrival, or if we are turned away for any reason, a fee of 50% of the service cost will apply.

How Do You Handle Damage or Missing Items Reported After a Turnover?

At Krystle's Innovative Solutions, we prioritize the care and protection of your property during our complete service packages. If any damage occurs or items are reported missing, we ask that our inspection staff to notify us within 24-48 hours of your service. We will promptly assess the situation and request photos or supporting documentation to facilitate and submit for review.

We are committed to addressing any issues that arise and will advocate for your investment, working diligently to resolve them.
